Hi, my name is Louise Baxendale and I became a parent governor in November 2019. I have two daughters at CRJS and have been actively involved with the school for over 3 years.
I have worked in the aviation industry for over 20 years, originally as an engineer, moving to technical asset management and more recently managing large-scale product development, both within customer experience and commercial products.
During my free time I am a volunteer with the Air Cadet Organisation, responsible for the training and development of cadets and adult volunteers across Surrey.
I am really excited to be given the opportunity to use my professional experience, together with my youth development knowledge, to support the school. I am keen to ensure we harness the benefits of integration into TAMAT and continue to achieve the strategic development targets set.
All children deserve a well-run, safe, happy and stimulating learning environment and I am confident that the staff and governing body at Crawley Ridge Junior School are committed to delivering this.
