Scopay
On registering a child at Graitney club, parents will receive a letter with a unique Link Code or QR Code inviting them to set up a Scopay account, which is the online payment system Crawley Ridge Junior School uses to invoice and collect debit/credit card payments for Graitney Club sessions.
Please note that sessions are billed at the very start of each half-term on Scopay and parents must have cleared the balance owing by the end of that half-term in order for their child to continue attending the club the following half-term. Scopay offers the flexibility to make multiple part payments over the course of the period billed, as well as allowing parents to clear the balance in one transaction, if preferred. We believe that this flexibility ensures the preferences of all parents can be met, as well as ensuring that large debts are not able to accrue.
If you wish to make payment using tax-free childcare or childcare voucher payments, then we are also able to accommodate this. Please note that, as these payments are made directly into the TAMAT central bank account, there may be a time delay of 2-3 weeks before the payment is registered and reconciled against the amount that has been invoiced on the Scopay account. We would therefore advise that you forward all your childcare voucher payment confirmation emails to graitney@crj.tamat.org.uk so that we know to expect the money and to ensure we don’t chase for a payment that has already been made.
